Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, particularly in product listing, catalog management, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandatory: Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications to improve product visibility and sales.

• Manage product catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and stock synchronization.

• Process and monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

• Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain excellent account health.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Plan and execute promotional offers, discounts, and festive campaigns.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog-related issues.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve marketplace performance and online sales.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience in product listing on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is compulsory.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.

• Experience in catalog creation, bulk listing, listing optimization, and inventory management.

• Good knowledge of Excel/MS Office.

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace accounts.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

• Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Understanding of SEO for product listings.

• Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
