Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of company’s e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).

• Upload and optimize product listings including descriptions, pricing, and images.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, warehouse, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

• Monitor and analyze sales data, promotions, and product performance.

• Assist with digital marketing campaigns related to online sales (SEO, PPC, social media ads).

• Ensure best-in-class product presentation and user experience across platforms.

• Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback related to online channels.

• Track competition and industry trends to recommend improvements.

• Maintain platform-specific compliance (like Amazon/Flipkart policies).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or digital sales.

• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel and data handling.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
