Responsible for managing the brand’s online sales, product listings, orders, inventory, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and website.
Upload product images, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and specifications.
Process and monitor online orders from order placement to dispatch.
Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for timely shipments.
Maintain accurate online inventory and update stock regularly.
Monitor returns, cancellations, exchanges, and customer issues.
Coordinate with marketplaces regarding orders, payments, and operational issues.
Check product pricing, discounts, offers, and promotions.
Track sales, orders, returns, and inventory reports.
Prepare basic daily/weekly e-commerce reports.
Ensure jewellery product details and information are accurate.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
