Location : NSP, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and Jiomart

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications

• Monitor and manage daily orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain and update inventory levels across all platforms

• Coordinate with courier and delivery partners for smooth order fulfillment

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers

• Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

• Maintain marketplace compliance and adhere to platform guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 6months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (preferred)

• Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product cataloging tools

• Understanding of digital marketing basics (ads, promotions, SEO listings)

• Familiarity with inventory management systems
