We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage our digital marketing team.

Experience Required:
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 1–2 years of team management experience'

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance across all channels
• Review SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Lead Generation activities
• Ensure timely project delivery and quality standards
• Train, mentor, and support team members
• Conduct performance reviews and team meetings
• Coordinate with sales, design, content, and development teams
• Prepare client reports and performance presentations
• Improve campaign ROI, ROAS, and lead quality

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients
• Proven track record of achieving marketing goals
• Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Certifications preferred
