Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and SEO. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) will be considered an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities to take ownership of digital marketing initiatives, guide team members when required, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Shopping.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.

• Manage advertising budgets and maximize campaign ROI.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to execute digital marketing initiatives.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns when required.

• Guide and support junior team members by sharing best practices and ensuring timely project execution & Work closely with management to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Google Ads and SEO.

• Proven experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Local SEO.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
