Digital Marketing (Meta, Google, All Platforms)

Job Description:

Realvibe Digital Media is a performance marketing agency working with top real estate developers in Gurgaon, Lucknow, and Pune. We are hiring an experienced Ad Campaign Manager to independently plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across all digital platforms and drive results for premium clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube with monthly budgets of ₹10L+

• Own campaign performance end-to-end: daily spends, CPL, CTR, lead quality, and ROAS

• Plan media budgets, build full-funnel campaign structures, and scale winning campaigns

• Build audiences, brief the creative team, and run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

• Prepare and present weekly performance reports directly to clients

• Manage lead delivery via WhatsApp/CRM and coordinate with client sales teams

• Mentor junior team members on campaign setup and optimisation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (mandatory)

• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering CPL/ROAS targets

• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel/CAPI setup, and attribution

• Real estate marketing experience strongly preferred

• Ability to handle client communication independently

• Good communication in Hindi and English

• Graduate in any field; Google/Meta certification is a plus
