Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and grow the company's digital presence, generate quality leads, and handle content creation with a strong focus on organic growth and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategies across online platforms.

• Manage SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Business Profile and organic growth.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.

• Create and manage organic video content, Reels, Shorts and promotional videos.

• Should be able to independently handle video editing for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, creatives and campaign concepts.

• Improve website visibility, organic traffic and search rankings through SEO.

• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach and leads.

• Run and optimize digital campaigns where required.

• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing content, photos, videos and business updates.

• Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

• Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats and digital marketing tools.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO and Social Media Marketing.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and organic video marketing.

• Video editing skills are mandatory/preferred – candidates should be able to independently edit videos for social media.

• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software.

• Good content writing and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Search Console and basic SEO tools.

• Ability to create engaging and conversion-focused content.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve campaign performance.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, not only a strategy/planning person. The candidate should be comfortable with content creation, organic video editing, social media management and day-to-day execution.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
