Digital marketing manager

Develop and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms

(Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc).

 Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion through SEO, SEM, and content-led

strategies.

 Strategically identify and tap into new business opportunities through digital

outreach and targeted marketing funnels.

 Collaborate with internal teams to craft impactful proposals, pitch decks, and

marketing collateral for prospective clients.

 Maintain and optimize the marketing funnel to ensure a steady flow of qualified

prospects and increased ROI.

 Enhance brand visibility and credibility across digital touchpoints to attract

decision-makers and potential partners.

 Analyze campaign metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to refine

marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.

 Prepare insightful reports and dashboards using analytics tools (Google

Analytics, Search Console, CRM, etc).

 Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver high-impact creatives and

brand storytelling assets.

 Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure we remain

ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media

management.

 Solid understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and marketing

funnels.

 Excellent copywriting, planning, and communication skills.

 Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and

Google Analytics.

 Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
