We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to generate online leads and build brand presence for our wallpapers, flooring, and window blinds across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and post regular product content
Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads
Handle website inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and social media messages
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads
Create basic marketing materials (posters, catalogues, email campaigns)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead conversion
Build and maintain an online database of prospects
Improve brand visibility and online engagement
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, SEO basics, and analytics
Ability to generate measurable leads, not just social media posts
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
