Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Planning, and Compliance
• Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content) aligned with business goals for customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure •strict adherence to all industry regulations•• (e.g., FTC guidelines on health claims, data privacy laws like HIPAA/GDPR) across all digital communications.
• Collaborate with legal and clinical teams (e.g., Registered Dietitians, Physicians) to ensure all marketing claims are evidence-based, accurate, and ethical.
Manage and forecast the •digital marketing budget••, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and minimize CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
2. Digital Channel Management
• Content Marketing: Drive the content strategy, ensuring the production of high-quality, credible, and engaging content (blogs, videos, guides) that addresses user health questions and builds trust.
• SEO/SEM: Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for health-related keywords and manage all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) focused on driving lead generation or sales.
• Email & Automation: Plan and execute personalized email marketing campaigns and automation workflows for nurturing leads and educating customers on health topics.
• Social Media: Oversee the social media presence, leveraging platforms to create community, run awareness campaigns, and ethically collect user-generated content related to health journeys.
3. Analytics, Reporting, and Conversion
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., •Google Analytics••) to track user behavior, measure content effectiveness, and optimize conversion funnels (e.g., sign-ups for a health assessment, e-book downloads, product purchases).
Lead •A/B testing•• and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives on landing pages and core website pages.

Qualifications and Skills
Required
• 12th pass or Graduate
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least plus point exp into Healthcare, Nutrition, or Wellness industry.
Proven expertise in •SEO/SEM, content strategy, and email marketing.••
• Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory landscapes (e.g., FTC guidelines for endorsements and health claims; comfort with HIPAA/data privacy protocols).
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in using •Google Analytics•• and PPC platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to communicate complex health information accurately and simply.
