About the Role

SMT Labs is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, improving online visibility, and driving measurable engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

• Plan and manage SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence.

• Create and coordinate engaging content for digital platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.

• Track website traffic, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.

• Coordinate with the design, content, and business teams to execute campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong communication and content coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• A results-oriented and data-driven approach.

Good to Have

• Experience with performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.

• Basic understanding of website analytics and conversion optimization.

• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or similar marketing platforms.
