About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Client Relations Executive to join our advertising business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, preparing quotations, handling digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, and maintaining organized records. Key Responsibilities

💻 Digital Marketing Management

Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals.

📑 Quotations & Documentation

Prepare accurate quotations for clients based on project requirements.

Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and client communications.

📞 Client Communication & Follow-ups

Engage with clients professionally via calls, emails, and messages.

Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

📂 Record Keeping

Maintain organized digital records of client interactions, quotations, and project details.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Female candidate preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram marketing tools.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for documentation and record keeping.
