Job Purpose

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, improve online visibility, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies, plans, and budgets.

• Manage SEO, website optimization, and organic traffic growth.

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.

• Manage social media marketing, content calendars, and audience engagement.

• Execute email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.

• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate with sales, design, content teams, and external agencies.

• Manage marketing budgets and guide team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience.

• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, planning, and leadership skills.

• Ability to optimize campaigns and achieve business targets.
