Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through strategic online marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & lead campaigns

• Drive lead generation, conversion optimization & ROI improvement

• Oversee social media marketing, content planning & brand communication

• Manage SEO, website performance & traffic growth

• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns

• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups & closures

• Lead and mentor digital marketing executives / agencies

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance Marketing

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools

• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing & conversion funnels

• Data-driven decision-making ability

• Team handling & leadership skills

• Strong communication and planning skills

Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Marketing preferred)

• Digital Marketing certification (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing

• Prior experience in a managerial role preferred
