Digital marketing manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and growth-oriented marketing professional who can manage key marketing activities independently and contribute directly to business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital marketing, content, lead generation, CRM, and basic website management, while continuously learning and improving performance.

The position offers ownership, learning exposure, and growth, with support, tools, and guidance provided as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support business goals

• Manage digital marketing activities including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO

• Handle social media platforms, content planning, posting schedules, and engagement

• Coordinate the creation of marketing creatives and content

• Support website updates, landing pages, and lead funnels

• Generate, track, and manage leads using CRM tools

• Execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Skills & Requirements

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or growth-related roles

• Experience level is flexible for candidates with strong practical skills and learning ability

Required Skills

• Basic to good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation

• Hands-on exposure to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads

• Ability to manage social media platforms and content posting

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Comfortable working with basic data, numbers, and reports

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Canva or basic design tools

• Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress or similar)

• Exposure to email, WhatsApp, or SMS marketing campaigns

• Analytical mindset with interest in performance optimization

Soft Skills
