We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

• Create and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.

• Write compelling captions, posts, ad copy, and calls to action.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online brand reputation.

• Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and leads.

• Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and social media trend monitoring.

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads.

• Stay updated with social media algorithms, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.

• Knowledge of content strategy, copywriting, hashtag research, and audience targeting.

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing funnels.

• Strong communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
