We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead the strategy and execution of high-impact digital campaigns. You
will manage a small team while owning end-to-end responsibility across SEO, paid media, marketing automation, content, and
analytics. This is a high-ownership, strategic role for someone who thrives on driving measurable growth and building a cohesive
online presence.

Develop and implement SEO strategiesto improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Backlink & Authority
Building
Design and execute a backlink acquisition strategy to improve domain authority and search visibility.
Leverage guest posts and high-authority directories.
SEO & PPC Management
Lead all aspects of organic and paid campaigns(Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to generate qualified leads.
Continuously optimize performance based on CTR, CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.
Digital Asset & Website
Management
Maintain all digital properties—company website, review platforms, Google My Business—ensuring
consistency, conversion optimization, and brand alignment.
Content Management
Create, edit, and manage high-quality content (blogs, website copy, social media posts, google ads etc.)
Website Performance
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Digital Campaign Execution
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels(SEO, social media, email, etc.).
Social media & LinkedIn
Strategy
Own and grow Aleph INDIA social presence. Drive engagement through platform-specific strategies with a
core focus on LinkedIn for B2B visibility.
Keyword & Competitor
Analysis
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize content for better search visibility.
Collaboration
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other teamsto enhance online presence and user experience.
Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithms, and industry best practices.
Lead Gen & Database
Management
Manage end-to-end lead gen workflows and optimize funnel conversions. Continuously improve the quality
of databases and segmentation.
AI Implementation &
Innovation
Guide and upskill the digital marketing team. Introduce new tools, frameworks, and AI-enabled strategies
to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven success in on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and
campaign
Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create engaging content.
Strong command over Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising is a plus.
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and other creative tools for campaign visualization
Experience in keyword research, building ad groups, and conversion-oriented campaign optimization
Excellent analytical mindset; able to convert data into insight and insight into action
Creative problem-solver with the ability to execute innovative ideas and full-funnel marketing plans
