Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales for Tailments. The ideal candidate understands Indian pet parent behavior, has strong experience in social media ads, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and storytelling, and can deliver viral campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, Google Ads, email, and influencer collaborations.

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, etc.) to achieve high ROI.

• Build and scale UGC campaigns, working with pet parents, influencers, and creators.

• Manage Tailments’ social media presence, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and engagement.

• Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and email campaigns for better conversions.

• Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify/Website analytics, and prepare actionable reports.

• Work closely with content creators and designers to produce Pixar-style CGI ads, reels, and viral video content.

• Explore and execute innovative campaigns aligned with festivals, trending topics, and cultural moments in India.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with launch offers, delivery timelines, and product drops.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

• Proven success in running Meta/Google campaigns with measurable ROI.

• Strong understanding of Indian pet parent psychology and e-commerce purchase behavior.

• Experience in UGC, influencer partnerships, and viral content creation.

• Hands-on with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns.

• Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.

• Creative thinker with the ability to write compelling ad copy and guide designers/video editors.

• Passion for pets, branding, and building premium consumer brands is a big plus.
