Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the Steel and Engineering sector. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for strengthening the company’s online presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales through targeted digital campaigns, content, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
· Manage and optimize company website to ensure it effectively showcases steel products, engineering services, and technical expertise.
· Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings.
· Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, industry portals) to generate B2B leads.
· Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, product videos, infographics) tailored to the engineering and industrial audience.
· Manage company social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
· Monitor digital marketing performance through analytics tools and prepare regular reports (traffic, leads, ROI).
· Collaborate with the sales and business development team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital marketing technologies.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B, industrial, or engineering sector).
· Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
· Experience with content marketing, lead generation, and email marketing tools.
· Proficiency in website CMS (WordPress or similar).
· Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) is an advantage.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
· Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

Compensation
· ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
