Roles & Responsibilities

In the role the candidate will have to perform the below mentioned duties on a regular basis and share reports with the management:

·        Prepare monthly calendars for promotional activities including social media campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, flyer distribution, etc. In line with the budgets provided. Prepare MIS and share with management on a monthly basis;

·        Suggest new and innovate ways to promote business, generate leads, increase visibility, etc.;

·        Create, post Content on Social media handles of the company, run ads, generate leads and share with BDM and take feedbacks.

·        Run promotional campaigns on Google, generate leads and share with BDM and take feedbacks;

·        Maintain the website, upload new schemes / products. Perform on-page, off-page SEO and generate leads on a regular basis;

·        Update & maintain the mailer / phone number database on a regular basis with confidentiality;

·        Send out Mailers / promotional messages to various clients as per the agreed timelines;

·        Keep in regular touch with teams of promotional platforms like Just Dial, India Mart, etc. Take regular feedbacks form BDM on the performance from the platforms and monitor challenges and influence growth;

·        Train staff on a regular basis on the promotional activities, etc.;

·        Maintain inventory of promotional products, required to enhance brand visibility;

·        Design samples for all products, maintain the products and keep upgrading from time to time;

·        Track and respond to various messages on social media, and report them in a timely manner to Management;

·        Send feedback messages to clients on a daily basis, as per the pre-approved template;

·        Seek feedback online from various customers online on various platforms such as Just Dial, Google, etc.

·        Maintain Cordial relations with Floor staff at all times

·        Follow Company’s values & adhere to company’s rules and regulations;

The above R&R needs to be performed for both our legal entities namely Printing (Kohli Printographics) and Real Estate (30yards).
