Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising (Facebook Ads / Meta Ads), SEO, and overall digital campaign management, along with proven team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook Ads and Meta Ads

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic

• Manage and monitor performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and target achievement

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

• Coordinate with internal teams for content, design, and campaign execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO

• Proven experience in managing and leading a team

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary:
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and performance in the interview.
