Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other ad platforms
Manage daily campaign performance and deliver high-quality leads
Monitor KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC
Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
A/B test creatives, audiences & landing pages for better conversions
Create and schedule posts across social media platforms
Develop monthly digital marketing calendars
Manage page interactions, responses & engagement
Support in influencer marketing or collaborations (if required)
Design ads, reels covers, banners, brochures, product posts, and branding creatives
Create visually appealing layouts for online and offline use
Understand brand guidelines and maintain a consistent identity
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools)
Ability to create engaging social media content
Understanding of target audiences, funnels, and campaign optimization
Analytical mindset with ability to read campaign metrics
Good communication & coordination skills
