Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager with EdTech experience to drive student acquisition, brand visibility, and lead generation through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The role focuses on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth campaigns for online programs and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for courses, webinars, and counseling programs

• Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and YouTube to drive quality student leads

• Optimize SEO & content marketing for education-related keywords

• Work on lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

• Collaborate with counseling, sales, and content teams to improve enrollments

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards

• Manage email, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns

• Monitor CPL, CAC, ROI, and enrollment conversion rates

• Stay updated with EdTech marketing trends and student behavior

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in EdTech

• Strong hands-on experience in lead generation & performance marketing

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email automation

• Experience with CRM tools, landing page tools, and analytics

• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing online courses, coaching, or career programs

• Understanding of student journeys and counseling funnels

• Exposure to webinar funnels and admissions marketing

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX & CRO
