Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and AI-driven marketing tools. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI for business verticals such as insurance, loans, and travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)

• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

• Use AI tools for ad copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance tracking

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports

• Improve landing page performance and coordinate with tech/design teams

• Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (must-have)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and funnels

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, ad optimization tools, etc.)

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword planning, and conversion tracking

• Good command of Excel and reporting dashboards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / related field

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

• Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred

• Female candidates preferred
