Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Plan and manage digital budgets and allocate resources across channels.Identify new opportunities for growth, trends, technologies, and tools.2. Performance MarketingManage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.Perform A/B testing, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.3. Social Media ManagementOversee content creation and scheduling across social platforms.Build brand presence and community engagement.Track performance analytics and adjust strategies as needed.4. SEO & Content MarketingOversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies.Guide content direction for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and website updates.Work with internal/external teams to ensure content aligns with SEO goals.5. Email & CRM MarketingBuild and manage automated email workflows, newsletters, and lead-nurturing campaigns.Maintain customer segmentation and improve engagement and retention rates.6. Analytics & ReportingTrack, measure, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards, and social media insights.Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams regularly.7. Team & Vendor CoordinationLead and collaborate with designers, content writers, developers, and external agencies.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website analytics.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM tools.Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar.Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or website CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead generation and conversion ratesWebsite traffic growthROI / ROAS for paid campaignsSocial media engagementEmail open and click-through ratesCustomer growth and retentionIf you want, I can also:✅ Customize this JD for your industry (IT, e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, etc.)✅ Create a shorter version for job portals✅ Prepare interview questions for this role
