About Traders Circuit

Traders Circuit is a SEBI-registered investment advisory platform focused on equity and derivatives trading. We help retail traders make informed decisions through app-based trade recommendations, market insights, and disciplined risk management.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end marketing, drive app installs → active users → paid subscribers, and build a strong, trusted fintech brand.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead performance marketing, app growth, SEO, WhatsApp marketing, social media, branding, and PR. This role requires someone who understands user behavior in trading apps, is data-driven, and can scale growth responsibly within SEBI compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. App Growth & Performance Marketing

● Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on:

○ App installs

○ Retargeting

○ Subscription conversions

● Drive low CPI and high-quality installs with a clear focus on ROI.

● Design and execute full-funnel strategies: Install → Registration → Engagement → Paid Subscription.

● Experiment with creatives, audiences, landing flows, and app store optimization (ASO).

2. Analytics, Tracking & User Behavior

● Set up and manage Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform tracking.

● Analyze:

○ User acquisition sources

○ Drop-offs in app journey

○ Subscription conversion funnels

○ Cohort behavior & retention

● Use insights to continuously improve campaigns, onboarding flows, and engagement.

3. SEO & Organic Growth

● Build and execute SEO strategy to drive high-intent organic traffic.

● Optimize website and content for:

○ Stock market keywords

○ Trading-related searches

○ App discovery & brand credibility

● Work with content teams on blogs, landing pages, and educational content aligned with search intent.

4. WhatsApp Marketing & CRM

● Own WhatsApp marketing strategy (broadcasts, automation, lifecycle communication).

● Coordinate with tech teams for WhatsApp API flows:

○ Onboarding messages

○ Trade alerts (as per compliance)

○ Subscription reminders & renewals

○ Engagement & retention campaigns

● Ensure messaging is compliance-safe, value-driven, and non-spammy.

5. Social Media & Content Strategy

● Lead social media strategy across Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Telegram.

● Plan and oversee:

○ Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories

○ Performance creatives for ads

● Ensure content balances education, trust, performance highlights, and brand tone.

● Track engagement metrics and continuously refine content formats.

6. Branding & PR

● Build Traders Circuit as a credible, trusted SEBI-registered brand.

● Work on:

○ Brand positioning

○ PR coverage (fintech, markets, startups)

○ Collaborations & partnerships

● Ensure consistent brand voice across app, website, ads, social media, and communication.

7. Revenue & Growth Strategy

● Own marketing-led revenue growth.

● Design campaigns to:

○ Increase paid subscriptions

○ Improve LTV

○ Reduce churn

● Identify and scale profitable channels: paid, organic, referral, influencer, partnerships.

8. Team Coordination & Reporting

● Work closely with founder, tech, design, content, and sales teams.

● Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.

● Present weekly/monthly reports covering:

○ Spend vs ROI

○ Installs, conversions, subscriptions

○ Growth insights & next actions

Requirements

● Hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing (preferably fintech or app-based businesses).

● Strong experience in:

○ Google Ads (UAC)

○ Meta Ads

○ App install & subscription funnels

● Working knowledge of Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

● Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth.

● Experience with WhatsApp marketing & CRM automation.

● Strong grasp of user journeys, UI/UX, and conversion optimization.

● Data-driven mindset with clear ROI focus.

● Ability to work independently and own growth end-to-end.

● Prior exposure to SEBI-regulated or finance brands is a big plus.
