About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage our
online presence, create impactful content, and drive digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate
should have expertise in website management (WordPress), social media content, campaign
management, SEO, and graphic creation.
Key Responsibilities
Website Content & Management:
o Create, publish, and update content on the company website using WordPress.
o Ensure website pages are optimized for user experience and SEO.
Content & Copywriting:
o Develop engaging blogs, articles, case studies, and website copy aligned with brand
guidelines.
o Create compelling content tailored for different platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads,
etc.).
Social Media Marketing:
o Conceptualize and design social media posts, stories, and creatives.
o Plan, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other
channels.
Graphics & Creative Assets:
o Design marketing collaterals, creatives, and visuals using design tools (e.g., Canva,
Photoshop, Illustrator).
o Ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs.
Digital Campaigns:
o Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram),
LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
o Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
SEO & Optimization:
o Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
o Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content to improve ranking and visibility.
o Monitor analytics and provide insights to enhance website traffic and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
Strong content writing and communication skills in English.
Proficiency in creating social media content and managing posts.
Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Creative design skills with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Ability to analyze data and prepare campaign performance reports.
