The candidate will be responsible for sales, CRM, Amazon, Flipkart, WhatsApp/API marketing, social media, Google Business Profile, digital marketing, content creation and AI-powered business automation.

The ideal candidate must be able to manage marketplace operations independently and use digital marketing and AI to increase traffic, conversions, sales and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon & Flipkart Account Management

Manage GULKASH's Amazon and Flipkart marketplace accounts from end to end.

- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Business Growth Workflow

Social Media → Lead Generation → CRM → AI Qualification → WhatsApp → Follow-Up → Sales

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

Amazon/Flipkart → Traffic → Listing → Conversion → Order → Review → Repeat Purchase

AI Automation connects the complete system.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.
