Role Overview

This role focuses on coordination, oversight, and execution support. You will act as the primary liaison between Adel India and the external marketing agency, ensuring seamless execution of SEO, SEM, PPC, website hygiene, content, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Coordination & Oversight

-  Serve as primary contact for the digital agency managing SEO, SEM, PPC, backend hygiene, and content.

-  Review and approve campaign strategies, creatives, monthly reports.

-  Ensure agency deliverables meet Adel India’s quality standards.

-  Track performance and ensure timely optimisation.

Brand & Communication Management

-  Maintain clarity and consistency of Adel India’s brand messaging.

-  Review content produced by the agency for accuracy and compliance.

-  Prepare product briefs and communication frameworks.

Marketing Strategy Support

-  Work with leadership to define campaign objectives and growth strategies.

-  Share consumer insights, product updates, and business priorities with the agency.

-  Analyse performance and create actionable insights.

Website & Digital Hygiene Monitoring

-  Ensure technical SEO and backend hygiene are maintained by the agency.

-  Oversee new page creation, UX/UI improvements, and testing outcomes.

-  to update stock on platforms like website and online like 1mg etc

Internal Reporting

-  Prepare weekly and monthly internal reports.

-  Maintain campaign calendars and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

-  2–5 years experience in marketing, digital coordination, or brand management.

-  Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

-  Excellent communication and project management skills.

-  Experience in wellness, pharma, or e■commerce is a plus.

Education

-  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or equivalent.

-  MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

-  Not an SEO specialist role.
