The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility.
Oversee social media marketing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Monitor website performance and optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports.
Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Coordinate with content, design, and video teams for campaign execution.
Track competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing (typically 3+ years).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
Basic understanding of graphic and video content workflows is a plus.

Experience in wedding/event industry marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
