About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Head to lead our performance marketing, SEO, social media, and e-commerce growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and e-commerce performance optimization, along with a strong ability to innovate and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
Drive e-commerce growth through marketplace ads, product listings, analytics, CRO, and demand generation.
Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and budgets to achieve growth targets.
Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams for consistent brand messaging.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog).
Proven experience managing e-commerce marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Have experience team handling and fluent English
