𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 : Minimum 1 to 3 Years
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 : ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 :-
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and focused on achieving measurable results.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :-
● Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
● Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI and lead generation
● Monitor daily performance and analyze campaign data
● Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
● Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively
● Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copies
● Track and report performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis
● Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns

𝕂𝕖𝕪 𝕤𝕜𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕤 ℝ𝕖𝕢𝕢𝕦𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕕:-
● Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
● Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
● Basic understanding of SEO/SEM
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
● Good communication and reporting skills

ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕣𝕣𝕖𝕕 𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕗𝕚𝕔𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 & ℂ𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕚𝕗𝕚𝕔𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 ℝ𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕕 :-
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage
● Experience in lead generation or performance marketing

𝐊𝐏𝐈𝐬/ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 :-
KPIs / Performance Metrics:
● Cost per Lead (CPL)
● Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
● Conversion Rate
● Click Through Rate (CTR)
