Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign management, and lead generation to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.

• Develop strategies to generate quality leads and improve conversions.

• Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI.

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.

• Coordinate with the content and design teams to create effective ad creatives.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

• Experience with Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.

• Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and achieve campaign targets.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
