We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital presence—from planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.He/She will lead a team to increase brand awareness, drive high-quality leads, and enhance our customer journey through innovative digital tactics
Key responsibility
1. PAID SOCIAL MEDIA(META ADS)
· Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
· Understand business objectives and develop ad strategies accordingly
· Handle daily budget allocation and bidding strategies
2. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)
On-Page SEO
· Perform keyword research for products, services, and blogs
· Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H6), URLs
· Improve content quality and keyword relevance
website.
Off-Page SEO
· Build high-quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices
· Manage business listings and citations
· Competitor backlink analysis
· Outreach for guest posting and brand mentions
3. CONTENT WRITING
Writer Briefing: Create detailed briefs for the content team, ensuring they include target keywords and follow the brand’s tone of voice.
· Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives
· Suggest improvements in creatives, headlines, CTAs, and formats
· Test multiple creatives (image, video, carousel, reels)
Content Distribution: Post and promote blog content across social media channels and email newsletters.
4. ORGANIC BRAND AWARENESS & ORGANIC REACH
· Develop strategies to increase organic brand visibility and recall
· Strengthen brand presence across Google search and social platforms
· Ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels
· Work on brand storytelling and value-driven content
5. ANALYTICS & REPORTING
· Monitor daily performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
· Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing , or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital marketing
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for building interpersonal relationships and delivering engaging product presentations.
