Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our properties and brand online. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative skills, and data-driven decision-making to boost our digital footprint, engage potential buyers, and support sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation for real estate projects. ● Manage campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. ● Oversee website content, landing pages, and property listings to ensure consistency, SEO optimization, and high conversion rates. ● Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage target audiences. ● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns based on insights. ● Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop creative assets, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials. ● Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies in real estate and implement best practices. ● Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. ● Lead and mentor junior digital marketing staff (if applicable). Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. ● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property development. ● Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital campaigns. ● Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.). ● Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. ● Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing goals into digital strategies. ● Familiarity with real estate trends, property marketing, and lead generation techniques is a plus.
