📌 About the Role

• Canrod India Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our online marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and generate quality leads through effective digital strategies. This role requires a professional who is passionate about digital trends, performance marketing, branding, and data-driven decision-making.

📍 Job Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata- 700091

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

• Handle SEO, SEM, and website traffic growth initiatives

• Manage company social media platforms and online brand reputation

• Generate quality leads and track conversion performance

• Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing creatives

• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports

• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities

• Manage and improve the company website, landing pages, and content

• Ensure ROI-driven marketing activities are aligned with business goals

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (2+ years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid ads

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns

• Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning

• Basic understanding of graphic creatives and marketing content

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing / IT / Business preferred)

• Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage
