About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
· Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to improve ROI and conversions.
· Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
· Implement and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve website rankings.
· Work closely with the content, design, and e-commerce teams to optimize landing pages and creatives.
· Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
· Monitor campaign budgets and cost efficiency to maximize performance.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills
· Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
· Hands-on experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
· Experience in PPC campaigns, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
· Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics.
Preferred Background
· Experience in Personal Care, Beauty, Hygiene, Wellness, or FMCG brands.
· Experience managing e-commerce or D2C brand campaigns.
