Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketer who can independently manage digital marketing activities, run paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads and analyse campaign performance to achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business platforms.

- Plan, create and publish engaging product posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

- Independently create, run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

- Develop campaigns specifically focused on lead generation, customer enquiries and conversions.

- Identify the quality of leads and continuously optimize campaigns to generate relevant and positive leads.

- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign strategies to improve results and reduce cost per lead.

- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports and insights.

- Handle basic SEO, online branding and digital promotion activities.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up of leads and promotional campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads, social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

- Graduation is compulsory.

- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with proven hands-on experience in paid advertising.

- Excellent practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook & Instagram Marketing.

- Strong experience in running, analysing and optimizing lead-generation campaigns.

- Proven ability to generate quality/positive leads, not just impressions or engagement.

- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization and conversion tracking.

- Good knowledge of Marketing.

- Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.

- Candidate should be result-oriented, responsible and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with a proven track record of successfully running Meta Ads, analysing campaign data, generating relevant business leads will be preferred.
