We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to lead our digital marketing team with a strong focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) creation, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads, improve organic traffic, and manage paid campaigns. You will lead the team, implement best practices, and ensure our company’s online presence is optimized for maximum lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the SEO team and drive strategy, execution, and performance with a focus on lead generation.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and attract potential leads.
Oversee SMO activities to enhance social media presence and generate leads from various platforms.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to generate targeted leads and maximize ROI.
Analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness to increase lead conversions.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis with a focus on lead-driven keywords and opportunities.
Create, optimize, and maintain engaging presentations (PPTs) for business development and internal communication.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and the marketing team to ensure SEO and lead generation best practices are implemented.
Provide regular reports on lead generation, performance metrics, and overall project status.
Mentor and train junior team members on SEO, PPC, and lead generation techniques.
Key Skills & Qualifications:


Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, SMO, PPC, and digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and lead optimization strategies.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and optimize for lead generation.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations (PPT).
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
