About the Role

Sys Developers is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, generate quality leads, and strengthen our online brand presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, website management, social media, content creation, and analytics. Real estate experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages.

• Execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).

• Plan and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Drive lead generation while improving CPL, ROAS, and ROI.

• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and engagement.

• Create marketing creatives, ad copies, brochures, and digital content.

• Edit videos, reels, and promotional content using AI and creative tools.

• Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Meta Pixel.

• Manage CRM, lead allocation, and collaborate with the sales team.

• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience.

• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
