What You’ll Do

- Plan and run high-performing ad campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

- Generate quality leads for real estate projects

- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

- Handle basic SEO to improve website visibility

- Create engaging content (posts, captions, creatives, reels)

- Track and optimize campaign performance for better ROI

- Manage and track leads independently (no CRM team – full ownership)

- Coordinate directly with the sales team for conversions

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

- Real estate marketing experience is a plus

- Strong understanding of performance marketing & lead generation

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Good communication and basic content creation skills

- Candidates should have their own laptop for daily work

Salary & Perks

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
