Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing plans (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display ads) that align with business goals.
Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales.
Content & Social Media: Manage company social media presence, website content, and create an editorial calendar.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze ROI, KPIs, and campaign performance to identify trends, optimize user experience, and refine strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members (copywriters, designers, specialists) and manage external agencies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital marketing touchpoints are consistent with the brand’s identity. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]

Key Requirements & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing management (often 3-5+ years), with a track record of driving ROI.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, project management, and creative skills.
