WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Delhi – Near Deepali Chowk Metro Station

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are a customized wall clock wholesale business and are looking for a creative, analytical and result-oriented Female Digital Marketing Executive to join our new office in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Monitor, analyze and optimize ad campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.

Identify and target the right audiences based on business objectives.

Run and manage Google Ads campaigns.

Work on Google search visibility and ranking/SEO activities.

Develop strategies to increase relevant traffic, inquiries and leads.

Create engaging creatives for Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Create, shoot/coordinate and edit Reels, Shorts and other short-form video content.

Edit images and videos according to marketing requirements.

Manage and maintain social media accounts and regularly publish content.

Research competitors, market trends and potential customer audiences.

Track campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

Experiment with different creatives, audiences and ad strategies to improve lead generation.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve marketing campaigns accordingly.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.

Knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing fundamentals.

Understanding of SEO and Google ranking.

Ability to create social media creatives.

Good knowledge of design tools/software.

Experience in creating and editing Reels/Shorts.

Good understanding of audience targeting, lead generation and campaign optimization.

Creative mindset with an analytical approach.

Good communication skills.

Candidates with practical experience in digital marketing will be preferred.
