About BAT MASTER

BAT MASTER is an Indian sports brand under YOUR TRENDYS, engaged in cricket equipment, sports accessories, customized sports products, and private-label manufacturing. We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to manage multiple social media accounts, create engaging content, shoot outdoor reels, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multiple Social Media Account Management

• Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Plan and maintain content calendars for different accounts, products, and campaigns.

• Publish posts, reels, stories, shorts, and promotional content consistently.

• Respond to comments and messages and coordinate customer inquiries with the sales team.

• Maintain brand consistency across all accounts.

2. Outdoor Reel Shooting & Content Creation

• Shoot outdoor reels and promotional videos featuring cricket equipment, sports products, players, sports shops, academies, and cricket grounds.

• Visit sports shops, cricket academies, playgrounds, and other relevant locations for content creation.

• Plan video concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for short-form videos.

• Record product demonstrations, customer testimonials, product reviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Coordinate with team members, customers, and players during shoots.

• Handle basic mobile videography, lighting, framing, and audio recording.

• Edit reels and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute campaigns on Meta platforms and assist with Google Ads.

• Generate B2B leads from sports dealers, distributors, retailers, academies, and institutional buyers.

• Support WhatsApp Business marketing and promotional campaigns.

• Track inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

• Assist with website marketing, SEO, and e-commerce promotions.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track reach, engagement, views, leads, conversions, and advertising performance.

• Prepare daily work reports and weekly marketing performance reports.

• Identify top-performing content and recommend improvements.

• Monitor competitor activities and emerging social media trends.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

• Basic photography, videography, and outdoor reel-shooting skills.

• Video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.

• Creative thinking, content writing, and caption development.

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.

• Good communication, time management, and reporting skills.

Hybrid Work Schedule

• Work from home on assigned days.

• Mandatory office visits every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 3:00 PM.

• Additional office visits or outdoor shoots may be required for product launches, sports events, customer testimonials, and marketing campaigns, with reasonable advance notice wherever practicable.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally for outdoor shoots. Any travel reimbursement or allowance will be as per the company's communicated policy.
