Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, order management, and marketplace coordination. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

· Managing and updating the web site of the company and increase the daily traffic.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock availability.

· Regular activities and positing in social media-Facebook, insta, LinkedIn etc

· Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

· Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and campaigns.

· Ensure product information is accurate and updated across all online platforms.

· Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, and deliveries in a timely manner.

· Stay updated with e-commerce trends and marketplace policies.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline.

· e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

· Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards and order management systems.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
