Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Analyst to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign strategy, and data-driven optimisation to maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and audience targeting strategies.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Optimise campaigns using bidding strategies like CPC, CPA, and ROAS to improve performance.

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign performance and generate insightful reports and dashboards.

• Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal ad spend and ROI

• Analyse competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.

• Troubleshoot issues such as tracking errors, ad disapprovals, and performance drops

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and development) for campaign success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and time management abilities
