Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), social media management, content planning, lead generation, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms.

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Set up and monitor Meta Ads campaigns, including audiences, budgets, creatives, placements, and retargeting.

Manage and grow the company's social media profiles.

Develop monthly social media calendars and coordinate content creation.

Write engaging captions, ad copy, and promotional content.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for social media creatives.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.

Track leads generated through digital campaigns and coordinate with the sales team.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content and campaign ideas.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media and advertising performance.

Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.

Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads Manager.

Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.

Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Understanding of social media content strategy and audience targeting.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics/GA4 is an advantage.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.

Good communication and copywriting skills.

Creative thinking and an understanding of current social media trends.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms is an advantage.

1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
