Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can lead initiatives, manage teams effectively, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, hands-on experience across platforms, and the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.)

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and timely delivery of projects

• Develop innovative and creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement

• Analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics, and make data-driven decisions

• Manage and monitor all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging

• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to align marketing efforts

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices

• Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with new ideas and channels

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics tools, etc.)

• Excellent understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions, engagement rates, etc.)

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and unique ideas

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are a plus

• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and teams
