Job Summary:
Webroute Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendly experiences. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites based on client requirements

• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs

• Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites

• Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, including troubleshooting issues

• Optimize website performance, speed, and security

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other team members

• Integrate third-party APIs and tools when required

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards

• Manage website hosting environments and perform backups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin customization

• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg

• Understanding of SEO best practices

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently

• Basic knowledge of web hosting and domain management
